administration of the Kuomintang and the country, and

I and all troops must obey it. The General Political

Department of the National Revolutionary Armies has

been re-organized, and in the future the various troops

will have proper guidance in political work. Though

our National Revolution is now in a very difficult

pasition but since difficulty exists everywhere, our

national revolutionary troops should maintain unanimity,

should centralize their aims and should remain confident

to win through to victory. when our national revolutionary

armies were confined in Kwangtung and Kwangsi, we still

were filled with the desire to bring peace to the greater

portion of China.

Now the majority of the

provinces of China have been brought under the control

of our Kuomintang. Have we not the ability then

to overcome the present difficulties? When this

has been achieved, victory and glory will be ours,

the victory and glory also of our National Revolution.

As I have been entrusted by the Central Authority of

the Kuomintang and the National with such great respon-

sibility, I will not fail to exert my efforts and risk

my life to lead our National Revolutionary Troops in

the field for sake of the "Three Aspects of Democracy", the emancipation of our Chinese race ad freedom and

equality for China. we will fight until victory is ours.

Our National Revolutionary Armies should be

unified, and should fight all the harder in time of

difficulties, for this will give proof of their greater

courage.

Our revolutionaries only recognize our

National Revolution, and will fight against its enemies.
